Welcome to our cosy nest, studio ideally located in the heart of the city centre, this 23 m² space is pleasant, quiet and elegant.

On the courtyard side, a balcony where you will find a table will allow you to enjoy quiet and friendly moments outdoors.

Free parking at 7mn and 500m on foot and free limited-time spaces 88 metres from the studio.

To make your stay even more pleasant, I have entrusted the management of my accommodation to the Alejandra Conciergerie who will take care of you.

It is with them that you will mainly interact, do not hesitate to give me some information about the person who will accompany you during your stay.

The Conciergerie will be available to travellers every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Bed made on arrival

-As a reminder, household linen is not included in the reservation for the sofa bed.

If you wish, we can provide you with linen.

-For special occasions it is possible to prepare the accommodation with romantic or birthday packs offered by the concierge.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of the reception. A flat rate supplement will be requested.

-A baby cot may be available for rent for the stay to be booked before your arrival and to be paid on the link.

There is the possibility of your stay live on the website of the concierge service pro in Millau.

-Electricity included in summer

-Electricity included in winter (monthly rental) within the reasonable limit of 8 kW per day covered by the owner, the rest to be paid by the traveller, if exceeded.

-Possibility to rent the apartment in low season from November to May (all inclusive)
