Welcome to our 130 m² house, ideal for holidays with family or friends! Enjoy a large, light-filled space, an enclosed garden and a convivial terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to relax, share and enjoy your stay. A place where you'll feel right at home.

The house offers spacious accommodation and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a large, light-filled living room with lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining laundry room, and a bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom are available. The house includes three WCs for added comfort. Outside, a large enclosed garden awaits you, with a relaxation area and barbecue for convivial moments. Ideal for holidays with family or friends!

The property is not accessible to wheelchair users.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and you can park in the house's own parking space or on the street.

Access is on one level, with no stairs and a key box. At your disposal next to the front door for an autonomous arrival.( if needed)

washing-up liquid, sponge, garbage can bag, toilet roll, washing machine tablets, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and tea.

At the time of booking, a link to the Conciergerie boutique will be sent to you for additional extras.

-For special occasions it is possible to prepare the accommodation with romantic or anniversary packages offered by the concierge.

- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement will be charged.

-A baby cot may be available for hire for the duration of your stay, to be booked before arrival and paid for on the link (bed linen)

-Electricity included in summer

-Electricity included in winter (monthly rental) within the reasonable limit of 8 kW per day paid by the owner, the remainder to be paid by the traveler, if exceeded.

-Possibility of renting the apartment by the month in the low season from November to May (all-inclusive)
